Welcome to Oceania is the second mission of Just Cause 5.
Plot[]
August 2043. The Oceanic Military are in full battle against Eastamerican and Europan Military forces. Following the ceasefire between the two empires, both joined forces to crush Oceania.
Samuel Rodriguez and several Eastamerican Military soldiers are flying into what is now the Africa part of Oceania on H-60 Night Eagles. Several of them are shot down by Oceanic ASF04s, but several jet fighters are not enough to shoot down over a hundred helicopters in short time.
Samuel lands on the west coast of African Oceania. Several ASF04s and FJ01 Superiors fly overhead, shooting at each other.
Samuel and the Eastamerican Military storm the beach. Unfortunately, several OLMGs make that difficult. However, Samuel deploys his wingsuit/parachute combo and wipes out the machine gun crews.
Eastamerican forces move further inland. Several SC Foxes arrive to stop them, but Samuel's AR-US makes short work of any soldier.
"Fan out! Form a line!" - Samuel barks as the Eastamerican Military forces accompanying him fan out.
More soldiers arrive in SC Foxes. Elite soldiers.
Samuel Rodriguez makes short work of them, even when they were armed with OLMGs.
Suddenly, fire rains down from above.
"Enemy chopper! Take cover!" - Samuel shouts.
The chopper is extremely mobile, but Samuel shoots out the tail rotor, leaving it spinning to the ground.
"A chopper. We must be getting close. Men, advance!" - Samuel barks.
A while later, Samuel comes up on a military base.
"This must be one of their FOBs. Storm it!" - Samuel shouts.
Samuel and the Eastamerican Military enter the base. Immediately they are fired upon from all sides except south.
"Stick together, move in!" - Samuel shouts amidst the gunfire.
Several Oceanic soldiers wielding ORLs arrive, but Samuel dispatches them with ease.
Samuel moves through the military base. Elites and soldiers greet him at every turn, but Samuel makes short work of them.
A tower stood at the back of the base. There, two snipers with OSRs began to wreak havoc on the invaders.
Samuel runs to the tower and with his grappler pulls the snipers down.
Samuel enters the tower as the two snipers fell to their deaths.
Inside, several Oceanic Military soldiers stood with OLMGs ready to slaughter any intruders. What they did not expect was a highly trained soldier entering with such speed they were unable to hit him.
At the top of the tower, a Oceanic Military commander stood at his command post.
Samuel barges in with several Eastamerican Military soldiers.
Samuel: "General, surrender. You are hopelessly outgunned."
Enemy: "Not a chance. You'll have to kill me."
Samuel: "As you wish..."
The general grabbed his pistol and was about to fire before Samuel's grappler knocked the pistol out of his hand and pulled the general to his vicinity. Then, he knocked him out.
Samuel: "Lock him up. He might have more use to us alive than dead."
