This article is about an unnamed scientist in Just Cause 4: Sakaku.

Background

He was a scientist working on Infinitium in the 1990s. At some point in time, he defected to the Communist Liberation Army and started making Infinitium weaponry and vehicles for them.

Unfortunately, his first Infinitium bomb in the events of IED proved to be his last when Rico quite literally grappled him into his own bomb, killing him instantly when the bomb blew.

He has a very haughty personality, as evidenced by him taunting Rico and gloating at his seemingly imminent victory.
