Made in the late 80's, Kadrills were designed for rapid deployment of nuclear medium-range missiles. Even by 2020, these jets are considered fearsome and efficient, albeit their numbers are limited to three hundreds total. While originally distributed among all Soviet states, most CIS countries either salvaged thess bombers, or selled them to Russia.
Kyungastani military posess a single Kadrill, which they use for high-priority missile strikes. They used it to destroy a large city of Bagirovsk after it's CENTCOM was overrun by the forces of United Democratic Opposition. Rico manages to shot it down before it launches the thermobaric missile.
Another Kadrill (now outfitted with Bavarium shields) appears at the end of Act II and is used by the Russian Federation shortly before Kyungastani regime surrenders. It targets nation's capital, Ishmagrad, now overrun by rebel forces, and large USMC base on Koska island. Rico must choose which one to save, either sparring thousands of civilians, or American soldiers lives, as he can't disable both missiles at once.
It only appears at certain events during the storyline, and both times it's undrivable for Rico.
