Synopsis[]
News 39 are a news company that shows nothing dark, with a light colour pallete and a cheery presenter. It could be considered a "family friendly" news channel. It's actual purpose is to trick the citizens of the island of Gran Budgaria into thinking everything is alright. For some reason the whole thing is sung with an upbeat tone.
