Back in the 60's, the U.S.S.R. built crappy cars like the LM-330 Olen, TechMach Kazak, etc. But this one was not. This one was designed as a sequel to the LM-232 Ussr from the 50's. It did take off in popularity and became a classic of the U.S.S.R.'s history.
It's pretty average in everything. It can sometimes come with a V6 and Power Steering but mainly a boring car. Most people avoid it due to it's boringness.

- The name is a reference to the current president of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
