It is stolen from a movie set by The Las Maspalas Mafia in the side mission: "The name's Rodriguez, Rico Rodriguez", in which it is recovered by Rico. The player is given access to one at the end of the mission.
Performance[]
This vehicle is one of the most useful in the game, with the ability to drop spikes on the road. It can also shred an enemy vehicle's wheels with pop-out tire shredders. It is also submersible to a depth of 20m, with fold-out propellers. It also has machine guns in the headlights. It boasts some of the best driving performance in the game, with a 0-60 of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph.
