The Black Hand is an un-joinable faction and PMC in QWTF spy's JC4.
Description[]
The Black Hand is the same as it was from Just Cause 3, one of the more mysterious factions. The Black Hand came to Said Farrah's aid after the assassination of Ruwaid Rais later in the game, and it is revealed that Di Ravello was responsible for sending the Black Hand there.
Black Hand soldiers now wear camouflage in the desert environment.
They replace the KSF after failures to kill Rico. They patrol the bases and other important assets. Unlocking heat level 6 will reveal the Black Hand being sent to kill Rico.
They use upgraded versions of the AK-47 named the AK-49 complete with a scope and folding hand grip. It causes more damage to Rico than a normal AK-47.
The soldiers can now engage in conversation with each other.
History with Corestar[]
Corestar and The Black Hand have been enemies for quite some time.
Their rivalries with Corestar are unknown. Some of the Black Hand who engage in conversation may mention a deal gone sour probably due to "ideological differences".
Parker mentions a recent battle with the Black Hand and referred them as "Turkeys".
Events of Just Cause 4: Karthstan[]

After the death of Ruwaid Rais, Said contacts Di Ravello in order to get some information on Rico. Di Ravello decides to give his Black Hand contract details to ensure Rico's death.
Once they arrive, the KSF is demoted and control their duties from now on. Rico is surprised to see the arrival of the Black Hand. He contacts Sheldon, who has been saved from Said and has called off the hit. Sheldon fills Rico in an eavesdropping of a recent conversation with two Black Hand soldiers on a gold reserve under the control of a Black Hand captain named Muhammad.
Rico finds the gold reserve by interrogating a Black Hand soldier. Rico attacks and completely demolishes the gold reserve to hurt Said's finances. He kills Muhammad but before he dies, he tells him of financial persons employed by Mujahid. Rico is set on finding the financial persons, in the mission "Give me the Money" Corestar decides to rob the Bank of Karthstan, however, the Bank of Karthstan is a highly secured facility. This doesn't deter Rico, however, stealth is key. As the facility is protected by the Black Hand. Parker and Rico rob the bank. Rico looks in the filing cabinets to find the financial persons, Mujahid owned businesses and more gold reserves, Rico and Parker escape the bank. Later, Rico returns to Maria and Tom Sheldon to discuss how to hurt Mujahid's finances and make Said go bankrupt.
